Richard Belluzzo appointed vice-president of Innogest Capital

TURIN-MILAN, SEPTEMBER 30th 2019 – The Board of Directors of Innogest SGR S.p.A., chaired by Giuseppe Donagemma, has appointed Richard Belluzzo vice-president of the company. Belluzzo joined Innogest in 2015 as a venture partner in San Francisco and in 2017 he became full time partner, with a leading operational role in the investment team.

Born in San Francisco, Belluzzo has developed his career at the highest level in the field of global technological innovation. He worked for Hewlett-Packard for 23 years, becoming executive vice president of the entire Computer Business, then he served as Chairman and CEO at Silicon Graphics. He then became the head of Microsoft’s consumer business and eventually became President and Chief Operating Officer of the Seattle Group. Before joining the startups’ ecosystem, he served as CEO in several leading hi-tech company, in particular as CEO at Quantum and more recently as CEO and Chairman in Viavi Solution (NASDAQ: VIAV).

Since the beginning of his collaboration with Innogest, Belluzzo has supported the entrepreneurial teams of the most mature portfolio startups in the expansion towards international markets, and towards the US in particular. He is currently chairman at Cuebiq, a startup focused in cutting-edge solutions in the field of business intelligence, which a worldwide leader in behavioral marketing.
