We are looking for a super talented individual to join our Italian business development team as we scale a truly world-class Enterprise SaaS product.
To achieve this we need to build an amazing sales team. Here’s where you come in..

This position will report directly to the head of sales for Italy and will be based at our headquarters in Piazzola sul Brenta (PD), Italy.

We are looking for you, our new Enterprise Sales Executive, who will take ownership of the sales activities in Italy across several industry sectors and help us to grow to the next level. You will join our successful Italian sales team in the heart of Piazzola sul Brenta by actively cooperating with the Italian Sales Director on development of the right strategy assuring the continuous growth of Thron.
Our best sales executives are always looking for possibilities how to expand our business, initiating and developing relationships with our strategic channel partners, listening closely to prospects needs, never give up until the deal is closed and still have time to grab a glass of wine with the team on Friday afternoon. What you will do:

Presenting a solution to help businesses run their content assets more efficiently and mine customer intelligence to drive sales
Selling Thron’s SaaS-based marketing resource management solution into large multinational marketing departments and advertising agencies
To be successful you will need a solution-focused selling approach where you will fact find, establish needs and then sell to those needs to multiple stakeholders, both in the Marketing and IT organisations.

THRON’s go-to-market relies on our channel partners network, so smart channel partner management early in the sales process to accelerate sales cycles is crucial.

Being frequently on the road to actively develop opportunities and close deals
Researching & identifying potential large clients to contact
Dealing with Tenders and POCs
You will sell our solution to new prospects and also upsell existing clients.
Leads flow will be a combination of inbound enquiry, intelligent self-sourcing and partner-generated leads.

REQUIREMENTS

What you have:

Fluent in Italian and proficient in English. Fluency in German definitely a PLUS.
Experience with Consultative solution selling, managing tenders and POCs
At least 2 years new business focused and solution led field sales experience gained in online SaaS solution sales

Experience in managing complex sales deals with the critical support of channel partners
Customer focus and great relationship building skills
Excellent written and communication skills
You need to live in or close to Piazzola sul Brenta (or willing to relocate)
